SCOPE OF SERVICES

Our Accountability Partnership Program aims to provide support, guidance, and accountability to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. However, it's essential to recognize that our program is not therapy or counseling.

We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or mental health advice. If you have significant mental health concerns or require therapeutic interventions, we recommend seeking the assistance of a qualified therapist or counselor.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

Participation in our Accountability Partnership Program is entirely voluntary. While you have the right to decline or discontinue our services at any time, it's important to note that refunds will not be provided for services already rendered. If discontinuation occurs within less than 24 hours of the upcoming session, the fee for that session will still be due. We encourage you to engage in the program willingly and actively participate in the process to maximize the benefits.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

While our Accountability Partners are committed to providing support and accountability, the ultimate responsibility for your actions, decisions, and outcomes rests with you, the participant. Our Accountability Partners can offer guidance, strategies, and encouragement, but it's up to you to implement them and take ownership of your progress.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY DISCLAIMER

During some sessions of our Accountability Partnership Program, physical activity may be included as part of the coaching process. By participating in these activities, you accept full responsibility for your involvement and acknowledge that any physical activity undertaken is at your own risk. You understand that there may be inherent risks associated with physical activity, and you agree to consult with a medical professional before engaging in any physical activity if you have any concerns about your health or physical condition. You also understand that our Accountability Partners are not liable for any injuries or adverse effects resulting from your participation in physical activities during sessions.

Participation in our Accountability Partnership Program may involve discussions and activities that could have emotional effects. You acknowledge that engaging in the program may lead to feelings of discomfort, vulnerability, or emotional distress. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any emotional reactions or consequences resulting from your participation in the program.

While we strive to support you in achieving your goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Progress depends on various factors, including your commitment, effort, and external circumstances beyond our control.
